Installation by an uncertified person may void the warranty. Proof of installation: Customers must provide proof of installation, which includes a detailed invoice from the certified mechanic stating the installation date, mechanic's identification information, and any other relevant details. Submission deadline: Proof of installation must be submitted to D2P Autoparts within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Failing to submit the required documentation within this timeframe may result in warranty cancellation. Warranty claims: In the event of a warranty claim, customers must contact us immediately. The warranty claim must include the original purchase proof, proof of installation, and a detailed description of the problem.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, or any modifications not approved by the manufacturer. Normal wear and tear is also excluded from warranty coverage.

Warranty process: Upon receipt of a valid warranty claim, D2P Autoparts will repair or replace, at its discretion, the defective part. If the part is no longer available, D2P Autoparts may offer an equivalent replacement or a refund. Transferability: This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the automotive part. Limitation of liability: D2P Autoparts shall not be liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the warranted part. Applicable law: This warranty is governed by the laws of England.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this warranty will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Act 1996.
