IMPORTANT: If you need an invoice in the name of a company or an individual, you must send us all your tax data, including the VAT number or identity card number, otherwise the invoice will be issued as a receipt or simplified invoice without the possibility of changing later. Shipping and collection costs in case of return will be at your expense. Autodesguaces Alicante offers its customers, except for control units or electronic components, a minimum warranty period of 1 year according to royal legislative decree 1/2007, subject to what is accepted in the warranty papers depending on the type of material.
If failures occur during the warranty period, you must inform and deliver the warranted item to Autodesguaces Alicante SL, which will assess the part and proceed with its exchange or refund. If the part is not defective, you will receive a voucher of equal value exchangeable for parts in stock.
The warranty does not cover labor, defects, damages caused by part failure, incorrect installation, or failure to follow manufacturer's maintenance instructions.
