After examining and testing the products, we will decide whether to provide a replacement product of identical or superior quality and specifications at no cost or not to provide a replacement.

We shall have no further liability to you after this decision. After the expiry of the warranty, we will charge the standard catalog price if the products become defective and you request a replacement. If you do not comply with the warranty-related procedures and regulations set out in these terms and the contract between you and us, we shall have no liability in respect of any claim. The above warranty is given by us without any liability for any defect resulting from wear and tear, deliberate damage, negligence, tampering with the goods, incorrect assembly of the goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to comply with our instructions and/or those of the manufacturer of the goods (whether oral or written), misuse, or modification or repair of the goods by you and/or a third party without our approval. The right to enforce the warranty is not transferable.

Effective date: 18/01/2024 Warranty coverage: This warranty covers the TLR014147x2_11 purchased from D2P Autoparts for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. All parts purchased before 18/01/2024 will not be covered by our 10-year warranty. Eligibility: To be eligible for the 10-year warranty, the automotive part must be fitted by a certified professional mechanic.

Proof of fitting, including the mechanic's certification, must be submitted to Amesplan LTD within 30 days of the part purchase date. Please send us the supporting documents by email.

Professional installation: The automotive part must be installed by a professional mechanic in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and industry standards. Installation by an uncertified person may void the warranty. Proof of installation: Customers must provide proof of installation, which includes a detailed invoice from the certified mechanic stating the installation date, the mechanic's qualifications, and any other relevant details. Submission deadline: Proof of fitting must be submitted to D2P Autoparts within 30 days of the original purchase date. Failure to meet the submission deadline for the required documents may result in warranty cancellation. Warranty claims: In the event of a warranty claim, customers must contact us immediately. The warranty claim must include the original purchase proof, installation proof, and a detailed description of the problem. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, or any modifications not approved by the manufacturer. Normal wear and tear is also excluded from warranty coverage. Warranty process: Upon receipt of a valid warranty claim, D2P Autoparts, at its discretion, will repair or replace the defective part. If the part is no longer available, D2P Autoparts may provide an equivalent replacement or a refund. Transferability: This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the automotive part. Limitation of liability: D2P Autoparts shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the warranted part. Applicable law: This warranty is governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this warranty will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1996.
